Accounts Payables administrator

As the Accountants Payables administrator you are part of the Finance department at the International HQ of Hunkemöller in Hilversum.  

 

The role of the Accounts Payable Administrator involves providing financial and administrative support to the organization. On the one hand you are busy processing, verifying and reconciling invoices and expense reports, on the other hand you have frequent contact with suppliers and our internal organization about, for example, outstanding invoices and you will take care of preparing the payment proposals. 

 

Formally you report to the Teamleader GA & AP, but you will also have regular informal contact with your other colleagues from the Finance Department and of course many other Hunkemöller Departments. 

 

Your main responsibilities concern the following areas: 

  • Processing invoices in SAP.

  • Processing credit card and expense reports.

  • Maintaining master data of vendors in SAP.

  • Preparing payment proposals.

  • Assist in month-end reporting activities

  • Assist with clean AP ledgers; no unapplied cash, all invoices and credit notes to be timely and accurately recorded.

  • Continuous improvement of management information, provide analysis and communicate to affiliates. 

In order to be able to perform the role properly, we ask the following: 

  • Knowledge of SAP is a perquisite.

  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Thorough knowledge of the Dutch language both spoken and written.

  • Experience in accounts payables, reconciliations and financial operations.

  • Quick learner with a ‘can do’ mentality.
