As the Goods Administration Specialist you are part of the Finance department at the HQ NL of Hunkemöller in Almere.
The Goods Administration Specialist is responsible for an adequate (efficient and effective) administrative processing and matching of trade invoices with delivered purchase orders and settlement of freight invoices in our ERP system SAP. In this role, one is also responsible for preparing payment batches of delivered orders.
Formally you report to the Teamleader GA & AP, but you will also have regular informal contact with your other colleagues from the Finance Department, and other Hunkemöller Departments, in particular the Logistics, Buying and many more.
