Main Responsibilities  

• Manage complex quantitative and qualitative media analysis projects to provide the teams with high level insights and reporting on their (full-funnel) media performance. Both on- and offline.  
• Analyse and interpret mainstream, social media and market research data sets to provide meaningful insights and trends. 
• Develop KPI frameworks and digital analytics tagging recommendations to support the collection of the data needed for KPI reporting. 
• Monitor day-to-day campaign performance and maintain in-depth understanding of our overall business and marketing objectives. 
• Analyze large data sets to uncover trends and areas for campaign optimization. 
• Sets up measurement frameworks to measure and prove incremental value created from marketing activities (attributed).  
• Build automated reports to track campaign (full funnel) performance and reflect on the progress towards objectives.  
• Take part in our Media Mix Modeling projects.

Requirements 

• Exhibit strong analytic, technical, trouble-shooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with business intelligence software like PowerBI, Looker, Tableau or similar tools. 
• Ability to get the right data out of SAP, DSPs, Google analytics, social platforms or other 3rd party media vendors.  
• Strong SQL skills.  
• Technical and data manipulation experience with Excel. 
• Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment managing multiple priorities. 
• Project management and organizational skills  
• Ability to communicate results of complex analytic findings to both technical and non-technical audiences. 
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken. 

It is a bonus if you have: 

• Experience in using Python. 
• Familiar with databases/data warehouses/data lakes and API’s. 
• Knowledge of machine learning techniques.
