As Global Talent Acquisition Manager you’ll be responsible to set the overall recruitment strategy (together with the Global HR Director), most optimal sourcing matrix, implement and continuously improve processes and procedures with the overall aim to ensure smooth Recruitment operations for our recruiters worldwide. You’ll support our business to ensure we “hire for attitude” and excel in candidates experiences to strengthen our brand.

Within this role, you’ll be globally responsible to the success of all Retail Recruitment for our over 900 stores worldwide. Therefore, all recruiters sitting in local territories have a dotted reporting line into you.

As a sign of strategic importance to our business, the Corporate Recruitment team looking after our international headquarters in the Netherlands, will directly report into you.

Key responsibilities include:

Global Recruitment:

  • Creating and further improving the consistency of our recruitment, selection and onboarding processes, so that they reflect our brand and ensure candidates receive a world-class experience. Managing the entire life cycle of recruitment from sourcing candidates to onboarding, whilst always ensuring operational excellence in the process.
  • Continuously improving our current ways of working.  Being innovative and creative in order to keep up with our rapid expansion. Outlining strategic direction and best practices for global recruitment.
  • Own multiple applications helping our global teams to ensure a smooth hiring & attraction, such as our global jobsite, referral programs, application chat bots, (on demand) video interviewing & scheduling tools.
  • Champion our ATS Recruitment processes: You’re using workday as global HR system and ATS.
  • Advising, supporting and improving the local Recruitment teams on the sourcing strategy and execution of the recruitment process
  • Global Recruitment reporting, analytics and drawing conclusions for our HR year cycle/Projects
  • Project management for major Recruitment or related HR projects
  • Creating strong employer branding through all relevant channels
  • Partnering the HR Managers within our other countries, on all recruitment and selection matters and guaranteeing frequent reporting on key KPI’s, continuous training and support for local Recruiters. Building action plans in order to improve upon objectives.
  • Budget responsible for global & project budgets.

Corporate Recruitment:

  • Lead a team of passionate Talent specialists recruiting for all relevant (corporate) roles within our international HQ & own DCs with all related activities
  • Streamline workload, priorities, external partners and key stakeholder management
  • For role as of our board of directors level (globally), you’ll be actively involved in recruitment those yourself
  • The responsibility for the “Best internship in Retail” program will sit with one of your team as well to oversee

Profile requirements:

Most importantly, you’re ready to become a true (Employer) Brand Ambassador for Hunkemöller and inspire our owns teams and entire business to spread the word around Hunkemöller careers!

The ideal candidate is a true talent acquisition expert with a strong affinity for data driven decision making that ideally lead international teams in a high-paced multi-channel environment in the service/retail or digital industry. Ideally, you worked on innovative People project implementations before.

We’re not too keen to limit interested candidates to apply, however here a couple of more indicators to find out which level of candidate we’re looking for:

  • Senior HR expert (total work experience as of 5 years+) that gained a minimum of 3-5 years of working experience in Talent Acquisition and a minimum of 2 years managing teams working for multiple countries
  • We communicate purely in English within our HQs, therefore require fluent English levels.
  • You’re keen to express thinking levels instead of factual studies. For this role, a Bachelors/Masters thinking level will be adequate.
  • Highly interested in digital, newest recruitment tools, networking and innovation
  • Must be able to deal with deadlines, project management and multiple priorities, is pro-active and works very independently
  • Thrives to work in international settings
  • Hands on, positive, high-paced, energetic, structured, determined, persuasive, team player and a good communicator

This role will be based in Hilversum, international travel will be limited, but required.
