Do what you love and love what you do at Hunkemöller Hunkemöller is searching for a passionate, driven and ambitious (Senior) Retail Manager to become Head of Retail (m/f) for our Dutch market. It all dependents on our ambitious, truly service-minded Managers to lead by example.

Are you an experienced Manager and preferably gained Retail experience, both on the shop floor as well as in a Regional-/Area-Management, or ideally as in Head of Retail position already? Then this could be your next challenge at Hunkemöller. As our Head of Retail you will be responsible for:

The overall retail success of all stores in your market, supported by Regional Managers
You supervise our Regional Managers, Store Managers and report directly into the Managing Director
In order to support the Regional- and your Shop Managers to achieve good results and an excellent customer service, you manage and analyse our stores by KPI’s
You are in touch with the teams in your market and empower your managers to grow their team members, according to our corporate values.
Whilst reviewing operations in store, you are observing and analysing the bigger picture to be able to find improvements in the end
You are in touch with our management teams in our international HQ as well as colleagues from other countries to find improvement potential globally

YOUR PROFILE:

You have a strong passion for retail and an excellent knowledge of KPI based management, desirable in the fashion sector
You gained at least 3-5 years experience in leading an ambitious team of Managers
Your daily work regarding achieving goals is based on detailed market analyses
You are highly motivated, flexible and are willing to travel daily to visit our Stores personally as well as attend international meetings
You are fluent in English as well as in Dutch
