Responsibilities
Develop and Maintain Integrations: Support the integration of applications and systems by designing, developing, and maintaining integration workflows, APIs, and data pipelines.
Troubleshoot and Resolve Issues: Assist in diagnosing and resolving integration-related incidents or performance issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver timely and effective solutions.
Document Processes: Participate in documenting integration processes, configurations, and best practices to support internal knowledge sharing and process improvement.
Testing and Validation: Contribute to the testing, validation, and quality assurance of integration solutions to ensure they meet functional, performance, and security standards.
Requirements Gathering: Engage with business stakeholders to understand integration needs, gather detailed requirements, and translate them into clear technical specifications.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve integration reliability, and adopt new technologies or tools that enhance operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience.
Minimum 3 years of experience in integration development, software engineering, or technical support with a focus on system connectivity.
Familiarity with API standards and protocols such as REST, SOAP, and Swagger/OpenAPI.
Basic knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Java, or Go.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to troubleshoot complex integration scenarios.
Preferred Qualifications
Hands-on experience with integration or middleware platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi, Workato, or similar).
Working knowledge of data exchange formats such as JSON, XML, and CSV.
Exposure to cloud platforms (e.g., Google Cloud Platform, AWS, or Azure) and enterprise system integration.
Understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
Familiarity with monitoring tools and API management solutions.
