Additionally, as a business partner, you’ll support the departments Omni-Channel, Merchandise, Marketing & Communication, Buying, IT, Finance and the country (sales) managers. You’ll focus on negotiating, drafting and advising on (international) commercial contracts in the field of e-commerce, marketing, stores, buying and merchandising and technology. Also, other legal matters such as DPAs, compliance, corporate, intellectual property, claims and operational privacy topics will be part of your responsibility.
You’ll be reporting to the other legal counsel. Finally, you’ll be involved in all kinds of business-related topics on a daily basis, on an international level.
