Internship HR - Learning & Development

Our ideal candidate:

• Takes part in L&D/D&I projects (creating inspiring content for social media and other forms of internal communications, supports in video and photoshoots, supports in developing e-learning modules, script writing etc.)

• Acts as functional support management of the HKM Academy to all countries

• Coordinates training activities: sending out invites, arranging locations, hotel accommodation, etc

• Develops professional and on-brand presentations and has an eye for design

The ideal candidate is a fan of Hunkemöller and a real Brand Ambassador, with high interest in HR and D&I related topics. The work environment is high-paced, performance driven and fun. You also need to be structured, determined, persuasive and a good communicator. In addition, you love creating fun content and communication materials and have an eye for design!

Furthermore you are:

• In your 3rd or 4th year of your Bachelor or in a Master program, studying towards a degree related to HR, Marketing or Business/Retail;

• Available from September 2023 for a minimum of 4 days a week;

• Good verbal and written communication skills in English, and preferably one other language;

• Able to deal with deadlines and multiple priorities;

• Excellent in PowerPoint, and have basic Excel skills;

• Pro-active and you take initiative; you have a ‘get things done' mentality;

• Self-aware, know what your qualities and areas of attention are and sees feedback as a learning opportunity
