Logistics Administrator - temporary assignment

Please note this is a temporary vacancy! Our Logistics department is looking for a Logistics Administrator, who will be responsible for the administration of the Hunkemöller goods flow and be in charge of the logistics services to the shops. In this position, you will independently carry out operational work together with your colleagues. You have contact with internal parties such as: the Distribution Centre, Financial Administration, Import/Export, Merchandise, Purchasing and E-commerce.

Main areas (main duties and responsibilities)

Main area 1: registration and administration

  • Receipt registration of shipments DC Hilversum, Bunschoten and Almere in SAP
  • Registration of actual receipts for invoicing and allocation system
  • Printing of distribution orders, processing distribution orders and adjusting shipments for dispatch so that they can be scanned
  • Printing of packing lists and checking the correspondence between goods and documents
  • Processing replenishment data from night processing to production process DC
  • Registering shipments with Ecom partners(Zalando, Wehkamp, ASOS etc) and handling all communication and documents on these shipments
  • Transport planning of incoming products
  • Processing extra distributions to production process DC

Main area 2: other important things

  • Customer-focused and effective communication with internal and external customers

The ideal candidate has:

  • At least an MBO degree 
  • Knowledge of SAP or similar system and MS Office 
  • Good knowledge of the Dutch & English language
  • At least 2 years' work experience in a similar position 
  • High degree of accuracy 
  • Customer-oriented thinking and working 
  • Logistical experience is an advantage
