Key deliverable in this pivotal role:
· Ownership end-to-end of getting our new fashion partners live, or an extension (new country, new stores) for existing partnerships.
· Stakeholder management skills: you are the go-to person for the go-live of a new partnership.
· Project management skills: you manage the critical path for the onboarding process.
· Business analyst skills: you conduct a fit-gap analysis to ensure partners’ requirements can be met by us.
· Ensure constant communication is provided to all stakeholders on how many new customers we get onboard, are in the planning, status to date and when they went successfully live
Close collaboration with:
· Wholesale, marketplace, concessions, and franchise team.
· Onboarding team at the partner side.
· Integrator (Channel Engine or Tradebyte)
· Hunkemoller IT team (EDI, SAP, ESB)
· Hunkemoller Finance team
· Hunkemoller Logistics team
· Hunkemoller Buying and Merchandise team
· Hunkemoller Legal team
The ideal candidate:
· Great stakeholder management skills, you know how to communicate across various departments both internal and external.
· Project management skills to manage a strict timeline with multiple stakeholders involved.
· Takes ownership in his/her processes from end-to-end.
· Has knowledge of integrating online marketplace partners via an integrator.
· Has knowledge of the franchise model and/or physical store expansion.
· Has a Bachelor degree and good communication skills in English.
