Team Lead Accounts Payable (AP)

As the Team Lead AP you are part of the Finance department at the International HQ of Hunkemöller in Hilversum.

The AP Team Lead is responsible for overseeing a part of the Hunkemöller financial operations and leading a team of finance administrators to ensure accuracy and efficiency in financial reporting and processes. You will have a strong background in finance and accounting, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

 

· Lead and manage a team of AP administrators to ensure accuracy and timeliness in financial reporting and processes;

· Manage the day-to-day operations of the accounts payables;

· Continuously assess and improve the financial processes and systems to ensure they meet the needs of the organization;

· Create an inspiring team environment;

· Set clear goals, monitor performance and identifies opportunities for improvements;

· Stimulates creativity and solution-oriented thinking.

Qualifications:

· Degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Accounting, or a related field;

· Minimum of at least 5 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role;

· Excellent Dutch and English communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team;

· Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously and meet deadlines;

· Knowledge of tax laws and regulations
