Hunkemöller is looking for an experienced Team Lead Photo & Video Production rock star for our Marketing Campaign Department. Our department is responsible for all the national and international campaigns Hunkemöller is creating.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience working within global campaign production on all types of shoots and you master the concept to launch process. You possess strong communication, budget planning, project and time management skills, are incredibly organized and have a proven ability to work collaboratively with others.

As the production team lead you manage a team of in-house Producers and you internally partner with leads in Marketing, Operations, Design & Creative to execute on a wide range of photography & video deliverables. You are comfortable working in a fast paced, high volume, environment and skilled in maintaining and continuously improving upon workflow & financial efficiencies where superior leadership and organization skills are a must. 


Role and Responsibilities  

  • Manage a team of in-house Producers; review, assign and distribute creative briefs and provide guidance as needed.

  • Work closely with the Creative team, to support their creative vision and help bring their ideas to life. 

  • Together with the team, produce all creative content e.g. large and small campaigns, both film and photography for all channels (in store to social and online).

  • Check and troubleshoot on the briefs, to ensure projects are achievable; objectives, budget, timelines. 

  • Makes sure that production timelines are set up and managed via our project management tool Workfront. You make sure to implement the tool and make it work for the production team and all collaborators.

  • Estimate global costs and ensure planning of shoots are completed within time/planning, budget and within the creative vision of Hunkemöller. 

  • Negotiate, option, manage and set fees and usage rights for all external contributors of the shoot. 

  • Manage the production schedule of shoot project (pre-, shoot, post-production).  

  • Arrange or liaise with the entire (external & internal) creative team on travel arrangement and logistics (transport, accommodation, expenses, etc.).

  • Supervise and evaluate performance of the production team.

  • Organise workflow to meet specifications and deadlines.

  • Image management and Post Production.

  • Planning and Time Management of the Photography Production.

  • Budget management for the all productions within Hunkemoller. 

The ideal candidate convinces us by having:  

  • +5 years experience in campaign production, in retail, brand or agency side. +2 years experience as a Team Lead / Manager.  

  • A charismatic and energetic personality that loves to coach and train a junior / medior team. 

  • A passion for fashion and everything lifestyle.

  • As much experience is shooting for in store as for online campaign assets.  

  • Strong communication, organizing and planning skills. 

  • Flawless English, both written and verbally (native not a must).

  • A flexible and resourceful attitude towards all parties.
