Formally you’ll report to the Teamleader B&T, but you’ll also have regular informal contact with your other colleagues from the Finance Department, and other Hunkemöller Departments, in particular the Real Estate team, Controlling and many more.
Your main responsibilities concern the following areas:
Cleaning AP ledgers of all real estate vendors;
Reconciliation of invoices and payments;
Preparing payment proposals;
Consult with all parties involved;
Contribute to improving the RE processes and align with stakeholders;
In order to be able to perform the role properly, we ask the following:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English;
Skills in German would be nice;
Not afraid of picking up the phone;
Experience in accounts payables, reconciliations and financial operations;
Quick learner with a ‘can do’ mentality
