Hunkemöller’s looking for a CRM eMail Marketer for our CRM marketing department. CRM manages the consumer journey – as a Member / Non member Join our journey of being a much loved, social & inclusive brand and contribute to our success by performing these tasks:
Customer Journey management : helping create a customer lifecycle
App Journey management
Responsible for coordinating and building efficient & effective email campaigns
Translate marketing calendar into email calendar using segmentations, AI, market insights, AB testing results to make the communication as relevant as possible
AB testing: create strategy, execute & follow up with relevant insights and determining valuable next actions
Aligning calendar and CRM activities with other departments such as ecommerce, design team
Create new and improve existing customer lifecycle journeys
Coordinating various projects (internal + external) to improve the effectiveness of all our campaigns
Always on the lookout for new possibilities & initiatives to improve our campaigns, communication channels and KPIs
Setting up and executing joint promotions with various brands;
Troubleshooting operational problems in relation to our Membercard, the Hunkemöller app and email platform;
Solid interpretation of all KPIs, related to activation and retention and synthesis of data to give management clear performance insights whilst reporting back in a way that fits within the strategy and objectives of Hunkemöller
The ideal candidate:
Who holds at least a bachelors' degree in Marketing / Communication / Business Studies;
Technical skill a plus (HTML, CSS, Segmentation and Triggers)
Jira or other ticketing system is a plus
Gained at least 2-3 years working experience in a comparable position, preferably in the (fashion) retail industry however we hire for attitude so if you think are the right person, do still apply!
Has experience in working with Selligent/email platform (this is a plus)
Has excellent communication and writing skills
Is proactive and dynamic with a real hands-on mentality,
Is able to work flexibly, is organised in relation to deadlines and is a true team player
Has a passion for loyalty, analytics & results as well as customers and retail;
Is fluent in English (both written and spoken) – other languages would be a bonus.
