We’re looking for an E-commerce and Marketplace Coordinator (m/f) for our Omni Channel department, who’ll be responsible for all the sales back-office activities needed to grow current and new accounts. Hunkemöller trades via several online 3rd parties such as Zalando, About You, Amazon and Asos.

The core task of this role is to support the team across the entire fashion season: from the start when we present the new collection and collect the orders, until the in-season management of stock, and the optimization of the SALE phase at the end e.g. the pricing and marketing.

Our ultimate team target is to meet and exceed the sales/EBITDA targets we have for our different online partners, but also support trading at our own Hunkemöller website. Next to our current partners we're also aiming to onboard several new partners, and you'll play a pivotal role in this.

You'll support the team with these daily tasks:

  • Prepare per quarter the Buying season, including preparation of the showroom and assortment overviews
  • Manage the online shops and catalogue content management
  • Develop an effective relationship with partners as well as internally with various stakeholders such as marketing, buying and logistics.
  • Monitor and report on sales, marketing and promotions performance
  • Following these insights, you will be able to further drive sales on article and account level
  • Ensure all products are online and merchandised appropriately for all our online channels
  • Keep the online collection up to date and monitor product performance using merchandise analysis
  • Ensure each site has up to date stock levels on category/season/bestsellers etc. and ensure stock management processes are followed by operations and logistics teams

Our perfect candidate has the following:

  • You're passionate about E-Commerce and have first work experience in this field (due to internships or first Junior role), or have had a sales back-office role at a retail (fashion) company
  • You have a Bachelors' degree (minimum requirement) and possess basic Excel skills
  • Your results-driven and will need English language skills (written and verbal); as well as the ability to build relationships and to optimize your commercial insights with a strong focus on trading
  • You're an analytical thinker, you work precise and are comfortable around numbers. You're also able to work flexibly & independently within deadlines.
