Hunkemöller is looking for a HR Assistant for our international HQ based in Hilversum (NL). Within this role you’ll continuously support our passionate HQ employees, as well as our HR Advisor in all aspects of administration. The role requires a true service-related attitude and a “can do” mentality. You’ll be able to contribute to our mission of creating & continuously improving as a great & inclusive place to work for people from over 30 nationalities.

Working closely with our HR Advisor to support all HQ employees and their managers in all HR Administration needs:

  • Drafting employment contracts and letters (e.g. transfers or promotions)
  • Updating and maintaining our HR system (Workday)
  • Supporting on illness related topics
  • Being a reliable and respected contact person for first line questions on HR related topics for our employees and their managers while giving world class service
  • Maintaining accurate personnel files for employees
  • Supporting our HR Advisor in various projects or daily queries
  • Being eager to constantly revise our processes to improve in efficiency, but also advising our employees in best ways of working within our global HR system (Workday)

Our ideal candidate:

  • Education degree (Bachelor or Master), ideally in HR or Administration
  • Previous HR Administration/Operations experience with the desire to excel and develop in this direction
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to details
  • Knowledge of Dutch labor laws (desirable)
  • Ability to deal with deadlines and set work priorities
  • Fluent in English and Dutch languages
  • Working knowledge with HR systems (preferably Workday)
  • You want to contribute in creating a fun and engaging workplace!
