Junior Art Director

Within the Marketing and Communications department, our Creative Team is a passionate group of art directors, designers, videographers and producers, collaborating to develop global marketing campaigns across all media platforms. We are looking for a Jr. Art Director to join the Creative Marketing Team and collaborate with other stakeholders across Hunkemöller and within the business. With a keen eye for trends, design and fashion you have a solid vision to create engaging content from concept to execution within a fast paced organisation. This includes creative thinking across all marketing platforms including social, print, digital, VM etc.

Key responsibilities

• Taking creative lead on assigned projects and collaborating with key stakeholders in order to concept and develop smaller 360 campaigns.
• Alignment with Sr. Art Director on assigned projects
• Collaborate with production to art direct on brand shoots including photography and video. Creative lead in pre- and postproduction. Responsible for ensuring consistency of visual direction including all marketing platforms such as social, digital, CRM, print etc.
• Maintaining an aligned visual execution of digital and print content including a graphical direction and style guidelines
• Maintaining high level of quality and delivering creative solutions that work within brand guidelines
• Contributing to the development of new seasonal campaign concepts
• Special projects and initiatives as needed

Requirements

• Nice to have 1-2 years of experience in an equivalent job within creative marketing team
• Creative Degree
• Expert with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), Keynote. Experience with Animation, video editing skills is a plus
• A fashion mindset and up-to-date with the latest trends
• Strong art directing & graphical skills, eye for detail and commercial sensibility
• Business level English - Fluent language skills (written & verbal)
• The ability to make timely decisions, anticipate problems and provide creative solutions whilst handling changing priorities.
• Strong ability to work self-directed
• Good sense of humor
