Hunkemöller is searching for a passionate and hands-on Manager Online Traffic Manager to lead our online traffic activities and guide the current international team members who work across all Hunkemöller markets. Is online traffic generation your passion? Do you have at least 3-5 years' experience in generating traffic to websites. Then read on, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

As our Manager Online Traffic, you'll be responsible for managing online channels that generate high quality traffic to our Hunkemöller websites across 12 countries. With your team members, you'd be responsible for finding the right traffic mix for all European markets. Additionally, you'll be taking personal accountability for campaign actions across Benelux.

Online Traffic Management tasks will include:

Main area 1: Online Traffic Campaigns

  • Set up online traffic campaigns in various countries (SEA, SEO, Social, Affiliate Marketing, Display, Bloggers, Comparison)
  • Optimize existing campaigns in various countries
  • Manage the relationship with external agencies that support Hunkemöller. Emphasis is on performance and alignment with key Hunkemöller initiatives
  • Initiate long term improvements that are either technical, process related or commercial

Main area 2:  ROI Management

  • Align all elements of the traffic mix resulting in a healthy ROAS
  • Monitor and optimize key metrics in branding campaigns

Main area 3: Coordination of internal departments 

  • Liaise with Marketing department to discuss joint efforts in online traffic
  • Inform internal departments of ecommerce activities
  • Ensure internal departments' requirements are reflected in online marketing activities


Our perfect Manager Online Traffic will have:

  • A strong passion for retail, e-commerce and at least 3-5 years' experience in driving traffic to webpages (diverse traffic mix)
  • A minimum of a Bachelors' degree
  • Strong analytical skills meaning you can plan and organise your daily tasks to deliver the traffic best results for your job sites, within deadlines
  • An independent and structured way of working, including excellent English language skills complete your profile
  • The ability to transfer knowledge and successfully lead the traffic team
