To continue & support our success story, we're recruiting for what is at the heart of our brand: Our loyalty & membership program. Within our CRM & Loyalty team, we're recruiting for one of the team leads, a Senior CRM & Loyalty Specialist. You'd report directly into our Global CRM & Loyalty Manager.

In the role of Senior CRM & Loyalty Specialist you will be involved with the development and implementation of industry leading CRM campaigns and customer programs across multiple channels. We're searching for a true Loyalty expert, who worked with a membership base in an innovative company before.

Together with your team, you'll bring our Loyalty progam, rewarding strategy and engagement to the next level.

Key responsibilities:

  • Run engaging CRM campaigns that serve our current membership base of loyal customers and expand further

  • Drive successful partnerships/collaborations with external parties and brands to improve CRM KPIs such as increase of the member base, engagement and retention of members development of the existing loyalty program and expansion to new countries in collaboration with our IT department

  • Continuous improvement of awareness of the loyalty program on the website and via the app in collaboration with ecommerce department and app product owner

  • You're driven to have a satisfied member base, this involves continuous evolvement of content, features and supplier management to ensure a smooth performance of loyalty and rewarding systems

  • Manage external vendor relationships related to CRM and Loyalty

  • You'll look after data: In alignment with our Marketing Intelligence team, you'd take CRM KPIs and performance data to improvement campaigns and member base forward - online & in-stores

  • Manage team a small team of CRM & Loyalty marketers


  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing / Communications / Digital / New Media

  • Minimum 3-5 years experience in CRM, preferably within a retail or aviation/hospitality environment

  • Proven track record in translating customer data into effective CRM programs and campaigns

  • Excellent project management skills

  • Advanced analytical skills

  • Proven track record to multi-task, prioritize ongoing projects and problem solve in a deadline-driven environment

  • English language (written and spoken)

  • Affinity with fashion and retail and driven to work for & with our target customer we call "Shero"
