Visual Merchandise Project Coordinator

• Coordinating the development of windows and in-store POS materials, 3D decoration, POS, instore signing and displays, from briefing to delivery for seasonal campaigns, new projects and ad hoc requests.
• Control your part of the Visual Merchandise budget and ensure  delivery is consistent with design concept while optimizing functionality and costs.
• Managing supplier relationships to ensure high quality, on-time and smooth delivery against brand briefs.
• Being main point of contact between project stakeholders, marketing department, studio and suppliers.
• Taking on job briefings ensuring proper workflow consisting of thorough, on-time briefing for production and delivery, ending with final check-in to ensure proper quality and timings are met.

The ideal CANDIDATE:

• HBO education in related field e.g. communication, marketing, business , production management.
• Ideally 3 years’ experience in similar role.
• Experience in project & process management.
• Excellent operational skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail with problem solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, handle short timelines and changing priorities.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Adobe CC.
• Excellent English skills, written and verbally
