In touch app
Things happen within Hunkemöller every day and all over the world. Our vision is to be a much loved global and social brand. In order to realize this we want our employees (as our brand ambassadors) to be in touch with our costumers and each other, to be proud and able to join in.
In august 2015 we launched the Hunkemoller In Touch App (employee app)! This application is accessible on all mobile devices and learning tablets in store. All the functionalities help us to up gain the engagement and involvement of our employees: News, Chat, So Social, Calendar, Q&A, Polling, Product videos, Customer app, Jobs, Inspiration & My HR. This great, RETA award winning, app is interactive and gives our employees a voice. They are up to date 24/7 and feel connected with our HQ's since asking questions and responding is only 1 click away.
Next to the employee app we also launched a welcome app: a learning app that helps to prepare new employees on their first day of work from the moment they sign their contract until their first working day. This app contains all necessary HKM info, video's, checklists etc. By going through it employees are ready and confident as from day 1!
