Because we hire for attitude, we start by selecting on attitude as well. To make this possible we introduced video recruitment as part of our selection process. When you apply for a role within Hunkemöller and you make the first cut, you will be invited to participate in a video interview. You don’t have to create your own personal pitch since our CEO, Philip Mountford, will ask you some general questions instead. You just have to answer them (and if you are not satisfied about your answer, you can record your answer again). This way you can make sure you present yourself to us the way you feel is perfect!

This interview will help us to get to know who is behind the paper resume and give us a little insight in what inspires you. This video is very important to us and therefore it is mandatory.
