Internship HR - Learning & Development

Our ideal candidate:

• Pro-actively involves themselves in various L&D projects, is excited to take initiative and responsibility, values collaboration and communication.

• Takes ownership of our Instagram account, creates inspiring content and supports in other internal communications.

• Plays an operational and organizational role when coordinating global training activities; sending out invites, arranging locations, hotel accommodation, goodies etc.

• Acts as support management of our global HKM Academy;

  • Video and photoshoots

  • Developing e-learning modules

  • Script writing etc.

• Develops professional and on-brand PowerPoint presentations for the team to use when presenting projects or facilitating training.

The ideal candidate is a fan of Hunkemoller and a real Brand Ambassador, with high interest in HR related topics and very people focused. In addition, you love creating inspiring content and communication materials and have an eye for design! The work environment is high-paced, performance driven and playful. If you are structured, determined, persuasive and a good communicator, you will fit right into the global L&D team.

Furthermore you are:

• In your 3rd or 4th year of your Bachelor or in a Master program, studying towards a degree related to HR, Marketing or Business/Retail;

• Available from September 2024 for a minimum of 4 days a week;

• Good verbal and written communication skills in English, and preferably one other language;

• Able to deal with deadlines and multiple priorities;

• Excellent in PowerPoint, and have basic Excel skills;

• Pro-active and you take initiative; you have a ‘get things done' mentality;

• Self-aware, know what your qualities and areas of attention are and sees feedback as a learning opportunity

Eligibility: 

For this internship, you have to be available for 5 months from September 2024. Please note that your application will only be considered if you are enrolled at your school or university for the full duration of your internship. Additionally, you have to be an EU citizen, or a non-EU student studying in the Netherlands and having this internship as a mandatory part of your curriculum to comply with Dutch law.
