Hunkemöller is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Loss Prevention Manager to join our international headquarters team, overseeing various territories with a focus on store operations. As the Loss Prevention Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading loss prevention activities, ensuring operational excellence, and driving performance to meet group expectations across your dedicated region/territory.

We are committed to championing operational best practices for stock management, cash management, and loss prevention. In this role, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders to develop and implement strategies aligned with global best practices, fostering a culture of accountability and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Loss Prevention Store Audits in stores within your designated region/territory to ensure compliance with operational standards and identify areas for improvement.
  • Deliver documented and measurable audit results, analyzing trends by store, region, or territory, and provide actionable insights to the business.
  • Conduct on-site loss prevention debriefs and training sessions to address identified issues and enhance team capabilities.
  • Utilize data mining reporting tools to investigate instances of theft or fraud, addressing invisible shrinkage, booked shrinkage, and discrepancies in freight received.
  • Facilitate quarterly Shrink Schools for underperforming stores, providing guidance and support to improve loss prevention practices.
  • Communicate regularly with regional management, conducting quarterly review meetings and providing mentorship to enhance loss prevention knowledge and capabilities.

Our Ideal Candidate:

  • Holds a minimal HBO/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Proficient in both English and Dutch (written and spoken).
  • Experience with Tableau or similar data visualization tools preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing a small team, with a strong focus on results and data-driven decision-making.
  • Possesses budget ownership skills and a strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
  • Highly accurate in task execution with excellent communication skills to effectively convey insights and recommendations.
